摘　　要：为适应新形势下的教育改革和社会发展需求,运动训练专业的发展必需拓展专业知识面,由"单一目标"的培养向"多元目标"的培养转变,人才规格培养由"专才"型向"通才"型人才培养模式的方向发展,以至培养目标的合理定位才能确保它的实现。In order to meet the needs of educational reform and social development in new situations, it is necessary for the sports coaching professionals to broaden their knowledge. It is also necessary to change our training goal from single goal to multiple goals, change our training mode from the cultivation of specialist to the generalist. All these targets can be achieved only on the basis of setting a reasonable expectation for the sports coaching professionals.
