摘　　要：运用文献资料法,从东西方体育文化所处的地理环境入手,分析了东西方体育文化的统一性,并对东西方体育文化的精神内涵、文化理念、思维方式等方面的差异性进行了论述,旨在为更深刻地认识民族传统体育文化与西方体育文化提供一定的参考。By using the method of literature review and from the geographical environment of eastern and western culture, this paper analyzes the unity, spiritual essence, value choice, thinking mode between the eastern and western sports culture in order to profoundly know the eastern and western sports culture and provide the certain reference.
