摘　　要：通过羽毛球运动的技、战术及运动特征,对羽毛球运动的健康效应加以分析研究。进一步阐述羽毛球的健康价值,让更多的人参与到羽毛球运动当中去从而促进社会的和谐发展。Through the technique, tactics and the movement characteristic of the badminton, this paper research on the health effect of badminton, further explains the health values in order to let more people participate in the badminton movement and promote the harmonious development of our society.
