摘 要:提出对液压支架部件在不同工况下分区计算修正的方法;阐述了如何利用大量的支架试验应力记录,从部件单区的试验应力和计算应力之间求得计算应力修正系数.这种方法通过数十个试验支架的验证,效果较好,计算出来的应力与试验应力的差值一般在计算应力值的±20%以内.该计算方法可用于液压支架的试验应力分析及液压支架的设计计算.A method for modifying the zoning calculation of parts of the powered supports under different conditions is established. How to make use of large number of test data from the stress tests and to obtain a modifying coefficient from between the data of stress tests and calculation of parts individual zoning are described. This method is checked by scores of tests of the powered supports and is proved to be successful. The difference between the calculated and test data is, in general, in the range of ±20%. This method can be used in stress analysis in the test and for design of a powered support.
