摘  要:目的:优选蛇床子素的最佳提取工艺。方法:以所得蛇床子流浸膏量、蛇床子素的含量为指标,以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间为考察因素,通过正交试验优选工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度95%,乙醇的加入量为药材的12倍,提取时间2h。结论:本提取方法可靠,可为有效利用蛇床子药材资源提供科学依据。OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of osthole. METHODS: The extracting technology of osthole was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the yield of liquid extract of fructus cnidii and the content of osthole as indexes and with the concentration and amount of alcohol and the extracting time as factors. RESULTS: The optimal extraction technology of osthole was as stated as follows: 12-fold amount of alcohol at a concentration of 95% was added and the extracting time was 2 hours. CONCLUSION. The extracting technology of osthole is reliable and serves as scientific basis for the efficient utilization of Cnidium monnier.
