后路椎间融合器复合椎弓根钉治疗腰椎失稳的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨椎间融合器复合椎弓根钉在治疗腰椎失稳症中的疗效。方法2004～2008年对于存在腰椎间不稳或术后具有不稳趋势的患者共15例采取椎间盘摘除,椎间融合器植入椎间融合加椎弓根内固定术,观察下腰痛评分标准好转率、椎间隙高度恢复情况、椎间融合率、术后移位等。结果一例出现腓总神经麻痹外,半年后恢复。临床下腰痛评分标准好转优良率86.7%,椎间隙高度由术前(5.2±0.6)mm恢复至术后(9.7±1.0)mm,融合率100%。未见明显移位的情况发生。结论椎间融合器复合椎弓根是治疗和预防腰椎间失稳可选择的较好的治疗方法。Objective To study the treatment effect of the Lumbar Instability with Posterior Inter body fusion Combined with Pedicle Screw. Methods 15 eases of lumbar instability from 2004 to 2008 treated by Posterior lumbar Inter body fusion Combined with Pediele Screw, the rate of the improved JOA score（ RIS）, the height improvement of space between lumbar vertebra, fusion rate and cage shift after operation and so on were observed. Result Peroneal nerve paralysis observed in one patient and recovered 6 months late; RIS was 86. 7% ;the height of space between lumbar vertebra heightened from （5. 2 ±0. 6）mm before operation to （9. 7 ±1.0） mm after operation; the fusion rate was 100% and no obvious cage shift observed. Conclusion Posterior Inter body fusion Combined with Pediele Screw is a good optional method for those of Lumbar Instability.
