摘 要:[目的]为今后的蓖麻播种育苗提供参考。[方法]设4个浸种温度15、25、35、45℃和5个发芽温度15、20、25、30、35℃,研究不同发芽温度和浸种温度对蓖麻种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数3项重要指标的影响。[结果]当发芽温度为15、20、25、30、35℃时,蓖麻种子的发芽率分别为21%、43%、95%、91%、36%;发芽势分别为8%、26%、91%、88%、31%;发芽指数分别为1.31、2.48、5.35、5.43、2.37。发芽温度对发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数的影响达到显著或极显著水平,浸种温度影响均不显著,但发芽温度与浸种温度互作对发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数的影响显著。[结论]浸种温度与发芽温度相互作用显著,其最佳组合为25℃的发芽温度和35℃的浸种温度。[ Objective ] The reference for the castor bean sowing and its seedling-supplying was provided. [ Method ] The effect of the different temperatures in seed-soaking and its germination on castor bean germination percentage, germination rate and germination index was studied through the experimental design of 4 seed-soaking temperatures( 15, 25, 35 and 45℃ ) and 5 germination temperatures( 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 ℃ ) . [Results] The result indicated that the castor bean germination percentage was 21% , 43%, 95%, 91% and 36% ; germination rate, 8%, 26%, 91%, 88% and 31% and germination index, 1.31, 2.48, 5.35, 5.43 and 2.37, respectively while the temperature for seed germination was 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 ℃. There was greatly significant efficiency of germination temperature on germination percentage, germination rate and germination index. The effect of seed-soaking temperature on them was variable. And the interaction between seedsoaking temperature and germination temperature significantly affected them. [ Conclusion ] The interaction effect between castor bean seedsoaking temperature and germination temperature on germination percentage, germination rate and germination index was significant and the best efficiency on them was produced the combination of seed-soaking temperature(25 ℃ ) and germination temperature(35 ℃ ).
