摘 要:[目的]为西瓜的种植提供科学依据。[方法]以西瓜种子京欣1号为试验材料,分别设置15、20、25、30、35℃几种发芽温度进行发芽试验,研究不同温度对西瓜种子发芽的影响。[结果]西瓜种子京欣1号在15℃条件下发芽速度极慢,发芽率也低,发芽势达到60%的天数为9 d,其发芽率为67%;15~35℃范围内,发芽速度随着温度的升高而加快,25、30、35℃恒温培养条件下,发芽势达到60%的天数分别为6、5、5 d,其发芽率分别为86.5%、93.5%和72.0%;发芽势和发芽率在30℃最高,分别为92.5%和93.5%。[结论]西瓜种子发芽适宜温度为25~35℃,最适温度为30℃左右。[ Objective ] The scientific basis of the watermelon planting was provided through the experiment. [ Method] The watermelon variety--Jingxian No. 1 being taken as experimental material, the effect of the different temperatures(15 ℃, 20 ℃ , 25 ℃ , 30 ℃ and 35 ℃ ) on the watermelon seed germination was tested. [ Results ] The result showed the germination speed and percentage of watermelon seed were low, and it consumed 9 days while the germination rate reached to 60% and germination percentage was 67% in the treatment of 15 ℃. The germination speed was raised with the increment of temperature in the range from 15 to 35 ℃. It lasted for 6, 5 and 5 days while the germination rate reached to 60% and germination percentage was 86.5% , 93.5% and 72.0% in the treatment of 25 ℃, 30 ℃ and 35 ℃, respectively. And the germination rate and germination percentage reached to the maximum value (92.5 % and 93.5 %, respectively) in the treatment of 30 ℃. [ Conclusion ] It was the feasible to promote watermelon seed germination in the temperature of 25 -35 ℃ and the most optimum temperature was about 30 ℃.
