摘 要:[目的]对怀牛膝的整个生育周期内土壤微生物和酶活性进行研究,探讨怀牛膝药材的道地性成因。[方法]以不同怀牛膝生长时期的不同层次土壤为材料,研究土壤微生物总数和酶活性的变化规律。[结果]怀牛膝不同生长时期土壤微生物总数和酶活性在种植前较高,苗期较低,增重期又增高,总体上表现为高-低-高的变化规律。土壤微生物的总数和酶活性随取样深度的增加均表现为降低趋势,0~20 cm的表土层明显高于20~40 cm的亚表层和40~60 cm深层。土壤微生物数量和酶活性之间表现出较高的相关性。[结论]怀牛膝在增重期土壤微生物数量和酶活性均最大。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the changing pattern of the soil microbe populations and enzyme activities during the growth of Achyranthes bidentata Blume. and discuss the factors affecting the good quality of this herbal plant. [ Method] The soil microbe populations and enzyme activities were studied during the growth of Achyranthes bidentata Blume using the soils at different period and different soil depth. [ Result] The total microbe populations and enzyme activities had shown a trend of high- low- high during the experiment time (from July to November in 2008 ), And there was a good correlation between the microbial populations and enzyme activities. With the depth added, the microbe populations and enzyme activities declined continually and the soil microbe populations and enzyme activities at 0 -20 cm depth were higher ihan that of 20 - 40 cm and 40 - 60 cm. [ Conclusion ] The soil microbe populations and enzyme activities were all the highest at the weight-gaining stage of Achyranthes bidentata Blume.
