摘 要:[目的]为有效控制蓝藻水华污染提供方法支持。[方法]通过现场设置围隔研究利用罗非鱼控制蓝藻水华污染的效果。[结果]投放罗非鱼后水体中蓝藻颗粒浓度在5 d后下降到4.0×105/ml,而空白对照组(CK)蓝藻颗粒浓度基本维持在1×106/ml。与CK相比,投放罗非鱼组水体中亚硝酸氮下降迅速,4d后降低到0.02 mg/L。罗非鱼对水体中硝酸氮和磷酸根的去除作用更为显著,分别在2 d后和4 d后降低到基本检测不出。对于水体中氨氮的浓度,罗非鱼的影响则不明显。[结论]高密度投放罗非鱼能显著减少水体中的蓝藻,迅速降低水体中硝酸氮、亚硝酸氮和磷的含量。[ Objective ] The purpose was to supply methodological support for controlling the pollution caused by cyanobacteria bloom effectively. [ Method] The effect of controlling the pollution caused by cyanobacteria bloom with tilapia was studied through setting enclosures on site. [ Result] After the tilapias were put into water, the conch, of cyanobacteria particles was decreased to 4.0 × 10^5 after 5 d. The concn. of cyanobacteria particles in the control group (CK) was kept above 1 × 10^6/ml basically. The concn, of nitrite nitrogen in the waterhody of the tilapia group was 0.02 mg/L after 4 d, which decreased more quick than that of CK. The eonen, of nitrate nitrogen and phosphate radical in the waterbody after tilapias were putting into was decreased more significantly, which could not be detected out basically after 2 d and 4 d, respectively. The change of ammonia nitrogen conen, in the waterbody had no significant difference from that of the control group. [ Conclusion] Putting tilapias into waterbody at high density could reduce its cyanobacteria significandy, decrease its contents of nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and phosphorous rapidly.
