摘  要:[目的]探究西洋菜净化养猪废水的效果。[方法]养猪废水经三级沼气池处理后,进入调节池,从中取出沼液用于盆栽西洋菜,测定各项水质指标和采后的西洋菜重量,研究采用西洋菜对养猪场沼气池出水进行净化的效果。[结果]西洋菜在使用沼液栽培后迅速生长,其生长情况明显好于河水栽培对照组,且试验10 d后西洋菜生物量(干重)为初种时的2.81倍,20 d后为初种时的6.76倍。西洋菜对CODcr、BOD5、NH4+-N、PO34--P均具有良好的净化效果,试验20 d后CODcr的去除率为87.0%~92.7%,NH4+-N的去除率为93.7%~98.8%,PO34--P的去除率为62.5%~73.3%,BOD5的去除率为88.0%~94.3%。[结论]沼液里的养分为西洋菜的迅速生长提供了有利条件。西洋菜耐污净化能力强,能够适应浓度较高的沼液,在沼液中生长良好,利用沼液培育西洋菜可行。[ Objective ] The research aimed to probe into the effect of swine wastewater purification with Nasturtium officinale R. Br. [ Method ] The swine wastewater was treated through 3-level biogas digester and then flew into regulating pool, and the biogas slurry was taken from the pool and used for pot N. officinale, each water quality index and picked N. officinale weight were determined, and the effect of N. officinale on purifying the effluent from biogas digester of piggery was studied. [ Result] The N. offtcinale grew rapidly with biogas slurry cultivation, its growth state was obviously better than that of the control group with.river water, moreover, the biomass( dry weight) of N. offtcinale after 10 d experiment was 2.81 times of the initial planting ones, and 6.76 times of the initial planting ones 20 d later. N. officinale had good purification effect on all CODCr, BOD5, NH4^+ -N, PO4^3- -P, after 20 d test, the removal rate was 87; 0% - 92.7% for CODCr, 93, 7% - 98.8% for NH4^+ -N, for 62.5% -73.3% PO4^3- -P, 88.0% -94.3% for BODs. [ Conclusion] The nutrient in biogas slurry supplied advantage for rapid growth of N. officinale. N. offwinale had powerful capability of stain resistance and purification; it could adapt the biogas slurry with high eoncn, and grew well in slurry, so that it was possible to utilize biogas slurry for N. offwinale cultivation.
