摘　　要：介绍了农村经济组织变革和双层经营机制的内涵,探讨了双层经营机制运行中存在的问题,提出了创新农村经济组织、完善双层经营机制的相关建议。The reform of rural economic organization and the connotation of dual-level operation system were introduced, and the problems of the dual-level operation system were discussed. Some related proposals an innovating rural economic organizations and improving the dual-level operation system were put forward.
