摘　　要：根据保护区自然环境特征和资源状况,结合"有效管理"的理论,从科学合理地设计与管理及实现预定目标3方面对七姊妹山自然保护区管理现状进行了探讨,分析了保护区管理中存在的问题,提出了对七姊妹山自然保护区进行有效管理的几项措施。According to the natural environment features and resources of the reserve, combined with the theory of ＂effective management＂, from three aspects of the scientific and reasonable design, the scientific and rational management and achieving the intended goals, the present management conditions of Qizimei Mountain Natural Reserve were discussed. The existing problems in the management of the natural reserve were analyzed. Some measures for the effective management of Qizimei Mountain Natural Reserve were put forward.
