摘  要:[目的]研究管花肉苁蓉的寄生对柽柳光合的影响。[方法]选择寄生肉苁蓉的柽柳和未寄生肉苁蓉的柽柳2种材料,在自然条件下用LI-6400便携式光合测定系统进行光合特性的测定。[结果]无论是寄生肉苁蓉的柽柳还是未寄生肉苁蓉的柽柳,都有"光合午休"现象;寄生肉苁蓉的柽柳比未寄生肉苁蓉的柽柳光合速率高;寄生肉苁蓉的柽柳与未寄生植株间水分利用效率的不同可能是寄生肉苁蓉的柽柳植株生长速度缓慢、生物量降低的一个重要原因。[结论]为进一步研究寄生植物的相互作用奠定基础。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the influence on the photosynthesis of Tamarix chinensis parasited by Cistanche tubulosa. [Method] Under natural condition, the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, water use efficiency of Tamarix chinensis parasited by Cistanche tubulosa and not parasited, as well as the relevant environment factors, were measured with a portable LI-6400 photosynthesis system. [ Result ] The results showed that the diurnal changes of net photosynthesis of the two kinds of Tamarix chinensis displayed a two-peak pattern, had midday depression of photosynthesis, and the photosynthesis of Tamarix chinensis parasited by Cistanche tubulosa displayed higher than that of not parasited. The difference of water use efficiency between Tamarix chinensis parasited by Cistanche tubulosa and not parasited. So it was probably that the decrease of the photosynthesis and the water use efficiency could be the explanation for the inhabitation of Tamarix chinensis parasited by Cistanche tubulosa. [ Conclusion] The study can provide the basis for researching the interaction of.parasitic plant.
