摘　　要：华蟾素作为我国自行研制的二类新药,具有调节免疫、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、抗乙肝病毒的药理作用,在抗肿瘤、治疗慢性乙型肝炎以及其他疾病的临床治疗上已经得到广泛的应用。运用中西医结合的方法,进一步深入药理机制的研究,探讨新的用药途径,充分发挥中医药的独特疗效,仍是今后进一步研究的方向。As a kind of second-class and self-developed traditional medicine, cinobufotalin can regulate immunity, inhibit proliferation of tumor cells, anti-hepatitis B virus and is widely used on the clinic of anti-tumor, the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and other diseases. Through the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine; its further study in the future includes： further study of pharmacological mechanisms, the new route of administration and full play to the unique efficacy of traditional medicine.
