摘 要:目的探讨慢性肾功能不全(尿毒症期)患者血清白细胞介素-18(IL-18)和可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sV-CAM-1)的水平及其临床意义。方法应用ELISA法检测10例慢性肾功能不全(尿毒症期)患者经维持性血液透析治疗前和治疗10 d后,血清IL-18和sVCAM-1的水平,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果慢性肾功能不全(尿毒症期)患者血清IL-18和sVCAM-1的水平治疗前均明显高于正常对照组;治疗10 d后仍明显高于治疗前。结论高水平的IL-18和sVCAM-1可能与慢性肾功能不全(尿毒症期)的发病机制有关,而且可能参与透析治疗相关并发症的发生发展。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of IL-18 and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-1 ) levels in sera of patients with chronic renal insufficiency (uremia stage). Methods The serum IL-18 and sVCAM-1 levels of 10 patients with chronic renal insufficiency(uremia stage) before and 10 d after maintenance treatment by hemodiaiysis were determined by ELISA and compared with those of healthy persons. Results The serum IL-1 8 and sVCAM-1 levels of patients before treatment were significantly higher than those of healthy person. However, both the levels of patients 10 d after treatment were still significantly higher than those before treatment. Conclusion High serum IL-18 and sVCAM-1 levels may be associated with the onset mechanism of chronic renal insufficiency (uremia stage) as well as the onset and progress of hemodialysis-related complications.
