摘 要:采用三种不同粒度的Al2O3粉配制涂料,研究涂料的流变性能,型壳力学性能及其高温自重变形性,并通过对实际浇注情况验证三种Al2O3粉的优劣。实验结果表明,三种粉料配制的涂料均具有良好的流变性能,W20+W40Al2O3粉做面层涂料工艺性能良好,型壳1500℃高温抗弯强度可达1.14MPa,自重变形减小到2.98%,可以满足合金浇注要求。实际浇注的铸件表面光滑,无粘砂、劈缝等缺陷。The Al2O3 powders of three different particle sizes were used to confect the slurry. The rheological properties of slurry and mechanical properties of ceramic shell were investigated, and the gravitational distortion of shell at high temperature was also investigated. The advantage and disadvantage of three kinds of Al2O3 powders were tested through the disquisition of actual casting instance. The experiment results indicated that the rheological properties of three slurries were all favorite, and better comprehensive properties were possessed to the shell made by W20+W40 powder. Its bending strength at 1500℃ was up to 1.14MPa, and its gravitational distortion reduced to 2.98%. The statistical results of actual casting condition suggested that this kind of casting had favorable technological property which had smooth surface and had no sand burning and seam.
