摘 要:为提高污水配制碱-聚合物体系的流度控制能力,确保体系的驱油效果,根据高分子氢键、聚电解质、黏土矿物和醇类稳黏效应,借助热氧老化实验,研究了聚乙烯醇、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、蒙脱土、丙三醇、高碳醇对污水配制碱-聚合物体系黏度的作用情况。结果表明,它们能通过产生分子间氢键力、库仑力、范德华力等方式改善碱-聚合物体系的黏度稳定性;同时其改善效果受到体系pH值、小分子电解质含量以及温度的影响。在室内研制了GH复合型黏稳剂,对其性能进行了考察。结果表明,GH用量在10mg/L时即可对体系产生稳黏作用,且该作用随其用量的增加而增强。当其用量为150mg/L时,能使体系在63℃下老化80d的黏度保留率高达129.3%。In order to ensure the oil-displacement effect, it is very important to enhance the mobility control ability of the alkaline-polymer(AP)system. The influences of polyvinyl alcohol, cation polyacrylamide, montmorillonite, glycerin and higher alcohol on the viscosity of alkaline polymer system prepared by sewage were investigated according to the thermal oxidative aging experiments. The results showed that those compounds could improve the viscosity stability of the alkaline polymer system by producing intermolecular hydrogen bond, Coulomb force and Van der Waals force. Meanwhile, the improvement degree was affected by pH value, small mol ecule electrolyte content of the AP system and temperature. The examination results showed that the GH compound viscosity-stabi lizer could generate and enhance the viscosity stability effect when the content of GH was 10 mg/L. The enhancement of viscosity stability effect would be strengthened with the increase of GH density. When the content of GH is 150mg/L at 63℃, the retention rate of the viscosity of AP system can reach 129.3 % for aging 80 days.
