摘  要:耐热球墨可锻铸铁是一种新型的耐热铸铁。具体工艺是在中硅耐热球铁铁水中加入适量合金元素及变质剂,使之在铸态下得到白口组织,再经过石墨化退火而得到球团状石墨。该铸铁较中硅耐热球铁有更为良好的常温力学性能及高温抗氧化性。尤其重要的是,因其凝固与结晶方式发生了质的改变,铸铁的缩松倾向得以明显改善。Heat resisting nodular malleable cast iron is a new kind of heat resistant cast iron.It is made through adding certain amount of modifier and alloying elements into the molten of medium silicon-containing heat resistant cast iron,and consequently solidifies into chilling structure,this chilling structure is then decomposed into nicrostructure with nodular graphite through graphitization anealing.Thr iron produced through the above process presents excellent mechanical properties at room temperature and good oxidation-resistant ability at high temperature.Furthermore,the shrinkage porosity forming tendency of the iron is greatly decreased because of the change of its solidification characteristics.
