摘 要:铝青铜由于具有较高的强韧性与耐蚀性,因此,被广泛应用于国民经济的各个部门之中。但随着工业与高科技的快速发展,对性能提出了更高的要求。例如,传统的铝青铜(典型牌号ZQA19-4),其抗拉强度约为500MPa,很难满足重载荷下工作的零部件(如轧机轴瓦蜗轮等),加之,在润滑不良时,对轴颈有“咬卡”现象。本文在分析传统铝青铜材料组织、性能的基础上,利用计算机辅助的数量冶金学方法进行了合金的最优化设计,开发了一种性能最优的新型铝青铜材料(简称YH1合金)。该材料的强度比ZQA19-4提高约25%,耐磨性、塑性、韧性与切削加工性均优于ZQA19-4,成本低廉,具有广泛的应用前景。论文还进一步分析了新材料强化的机理。Aluminium-bronze is extensively used in the national economy because of its high-strength、toughness and corrosion-resistant.However,higher properties are requested with the fast development of industry and advanced science and technology.For example,the tradition alaluminium-bronze strength of which is roughly 500 MPa can scarcely make spare parts on the condition of great load,moreover it may bite neck when insufficiently lubricated. Optimium design of alloys by computer-aided method of quantity metallurgy is conducted and a new aluminium-bronze with optimumpro perties(called alloy of YH1) on the basis of analysing the organism and properties of the tradition alaluminium-bronze is acquired.The strength of this new material is greater than that of the alloy ZQA19-4 by 25%.Its wear-resistance,plasticity,toughness and cutting are better than those of the alloy ZQA19-4 and cost is lower.It has a widespread prospect of application. This paper make further analysis on the strengthening mechanism of the new material.
