摘　　要：总结了近10年国内外有关针刺手法作用及其机理的研究进展,并做简要分析,指出目前存在的主要问题,认为关于针刺手法的作用及其机理应加强规律性、系统性研究,既要宏观把握,又要重视微观研究。Sum up both at home and abroad over the past decade the role of practices related to acupuncture and its mechanism of progress,and make a brief analysis.Pointed out that the main problems,lack of systematic research,a lot of depth of,most studies start with only one aspect of it is not comprehensive. Think about different methods of acupuncture and its mechanism should be strengthened and systematic study of regularity.It is necessary to grasp the macro,but also attach importance to the micro-study.
