摘　　要：目的探讨腔镜辅助甲状腺切除手术在甲状腺良性疾病治疗中的作用。方法回顾性分析2004年1月至2008年6月采用腔镜辅助甲状腺切除术112例病例，总结手术经验和观察术后恢复情况。结果112例手术均在腔镜辅助下完成，无中转手术。手术时间19～69min，平均43min，均未出现喉返神经短暂性及永久性损伤及甲状旁腺短暂性及永久性功能低下等并发症，术后2～4d出院，美容效果满意。结论腔镜辅助甲状腺切除术安全可靠，并发症少，美容效果好。Objective To study the safety of video - assisted thyroidectomy. Methods From Jan. 2004 to June 2008,112 cases of nodular goiter or adenoma were consecutively subjected to video - assisted thyroidectomy in our hospital. Results All the operations were completed successfully,without conversions to open surgery. The operative time was 19 -69 min （mean 43 min） , and the postoperative hospital stay was 2 -4 days. No one experienced postoperatively temporary or permanent hypoparathyroidism or recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy. Conclusion Video - assisted thyroidectomy is safe and reliable, and offers better cosmetic results.
