双氧水漂白活化剂在棉织物冷堆前处理中的应用

摘　　要：双氧水漂白活化剂301P系以AOBS(烷酰氧苯磺酸钠)为主组分,并辅以相关促进和保护组分的环保型复配产品。通过试验,优化了其在棉织物的低温低碱冷轧堆前处理中的应用工艺条件(包括双氧水,NaOH和活化剂301P的用量);并与常规冷轧堆前处理工艺进行比较。结果表明,活化剂301P低温低碱冷轧堆工艺处理后,织物的白度和毛效均接近常规冷轧堆工艺,强力损失较小,烧碱用量仅为常规冷堆工艺的5%～10%,且工艺时间和流程大幅减少。Activation agent 301P for hydrogen peroxide bleaching is an ecological product with sodium acyloxybenzenfonates as a main ingredient assisted with other promoters and protectors, its effects on hydrolysis of hydrogen peroxide were analyzed. Its application to cotton bleaching by cold pad-batch process was carried out, and dosages of hydrogen peroxide, caustic soda and activation agent 301 P were optimized. Cotton qualities treated with cold pad-batch pretreatment assisted with activation agent 301P were compared to those with conventional process. Results showed that the fabric after pretreatment assisted with 301P had similar whiteness and capillary effect, and lower strength loss, compared to the conventional one. With the aid of activation agent 301P, caustic soda consumed only 5% - 10% of that used in conventional process, and processing time was shortened.
