摘 要:通过正交试验探讨碱氧一浴、原纤化和酶处理工艺对Tencel织物前处理质量的影响,分析不同质量浓度氢氧化钠处理对Tencel织物染色性能的影响,确定Tencel织物碱氧一浴法处理的优化工艺为:烧碱20g/L,精练剂科宁883g/L,双氧水(27.5%)20g/L,硅酸钠5g/L,稳定剂P5g/L,渗透剂FR-M1g/L,络合剂28-A2g/L,浴比1∶20,90℃×30min;原纤化优化工艺为:纯碱4g/L,渗透剂FR-M1g/L,浴比1∶20,90℃×30min;酶处理优化工艺为:L40酶3g/L,pH值7,渗透剂FR-M1g/L,浴比1∶20,50℃×30min。经该优化工艺处理,织物白度和毛效显著提高。此外,织物经苛化后,染色表观深度(K/S值)显著提高,合适的氢氧化钠浓度为100g/L。Effects of one bath process of alkali and hydrogen peroxide, fibrillation process and enzyme treatment on pretreatment qualities of Tencel fabric were discussed, caustic soda treatment under different concentrsations was carried out to improve dyeability of Tencel fabric. Via orthogonal tests, optimal conditions were defined as follows: one bath process of alkali and hydrogen peroxide was: NaOH 20 g/L, Cognis 88 3 g/L, H2O2 20 g/L, Na2SiO3 5 g/L, stabilizer P 5 g/L, penetrating agent FR-M 1 g/L, chelating agent 28-A 2 g/L, bath ratio 1 :20, 90 ℃×30 min; fibrillation process: Na2CO3 4 g/L, penetrating agent FR-M 1 g/L,bath ratio 1:20, 90 ℃ × 30 min; enzyme treatment: enzyme L40 3 g/L, pH value 7, penetrating agent FR-M 1 g/L, bath ratio 1:20, 50 ℃ × 30 min. Tencel fabric after treatment featured good whiteness and absorbency, and little change in weight and strength. It was found that 100 g/L caustic soda treatment could greatly improve K/S values of the dyeings.
