摘 要:目的:提高利胆片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法鉴别金银花、黄芩、知母及白芍,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定方中大黄的含量。结果:TLC鉴别斑点明显。含量测定大黄素0.01064~0.3192μg、大黄酚0.02586~0.7758μg,进样量与峰面积线性关系良好。平均加样回收率大黄素为99.80%,RSD=0.78%(n=6);大黄酚为99.72%,RSD=1.18%(n=6)。结论:建立的TLC鉴别和HPLC含量测定方法专属性强、重复性好,可用于利胆片的质量控制。Objective:To improve the quality standard of Lidan Tablets. Methods:TLC and HPLC were used.Results:The TLC method could indentify Flos Lonieerae,Scutellaria,Timosaponin and Paeony.The HPLC method could quantitatively determine the total content of emodin and chrysaphanol in Lidan Tablets.The linear range of emodin was 0.01064-0.3192 μg (r=0.9999) and the average re-covery was 99.8% with RSD of 0.78% ; the linear range of chrysaphanol was 0.02586-0.7758 μg (r=0.9999) and the average recovery was 99.7% with RSD of 1.18%.Conclusion:The indentification methods are reproducible and specific.The quantitative determination method is simple and accurate.
