摘　　要：目的:探讨线圈电切(LEEP)术后使用唯阴康阴道吸附器治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法:对256例慢性宫颈炎患者,随机分为两组。治疗组128例,宫颈LEEP术后使用唯阴康治疗;对照组128例,宫颈LEEP术后使用甲硝唑泡腾片治疗。连续或隔日阴道用药,至宫颈创面愈合。观察LEEP术后排液、出血、感染的发生情况。结果:慢性宫颈炎LEEP术后使用唯阴康治疗组,术后排液量少、出血、感染的发生率明显低于对照组,LEEP手术一次性成功率高。结论:慢性宫颈炎LEEP术后使用唯阴康疗效肯定,患者依从性好,安全性高。Objective：To investigate the curative effect of loop electrosurgical excision （LEEP） combined Weiyinkang in treating chronic cervicitis. Methods：256 patients with chronic cervicitis were randomly divided into two groups. 128 cases in the treatment group received Weiyinkang after LEEP. 128 cases in the control group were treated with metronidazole effeverscent tablet after LEEP. Vaginal administration was given continuously or every other day until cervical wound healing. Postoperative drainage, bleeding and infection were observed. Results：In the Weiyinkang group, the amount of postoperative drainage and the incidences of bleeding and infection were all lower than those in the control group. The one time success rate in the Weiyinkang group was higher compared with the control group. Conclusion：Weiyinkang has definite curative effect on chronic cervititis after LEEP with good patient compliance and high safety.
