动力髋螺钉治疗股骨转子间骨折56例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨动力髋螺钉(DHS)在股骨转子间骨折治疗中的应用价值。方法:对56例股骨转子间骨折病例应用DHS治疗,并评价其疗效。结果:所有病例均在8～14个月骨折愈合,优良率94.64%。结论:DHS固定牢靠,患者可早期活动,并发症少,是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想方法。Objective：To discuss the application of dynamic hip screw （DHS） in treating intertrochanteric fracture of the femur. Methods：56 cases of intertrochanteric fracture of the femur were treated with DHS and their effects were evaluated.Results：Intertrochanteric fracture of the femur of all cases were healed in 8- 14 months,and the excellent rate was up to 94.64%.Conclusion：In intertrochanteric fracture of the femur,fixation with DHS is firm.The patients are able to mobilize earlier and the complications are few. Therefore, DHS operation is an ideal therapy for intertrochanteric fracture of the femur.
