摘　　要：在企业信息系统中运行着各种不同的设备,他们各自成为体系,把运行在企业信息系统中所有的设备进行统一管理已经变得十分困难。由DMTF(Distributed Management Task Force,Inc.)提出的WBEM(Web-Based Enterprise Management)和CIM(Com-mon Information Model)已经成为了企业信息系统中受管资源统一管理的标准。首先介绍基于WEB的企业管理WBEM架构和公共信息模型CIM。然后给出一个基于WBEM的网络资源管理系统模型,详细分析系统模型的功能需求,在此基础上给出了基于WBEM的网络资源管理方案。最后通过对系统模型的设计与分析,得出基于WBEM的网络服务管理的优点以及后续研究工作的重点。In enterprise information system, there are so many devices running but self-contained, and it is very difficult to manage them in unification as a whole. WBEM （Web-based enterprise management） and CIM （Common information model） proposed by DMTF （Distributed Management Task Force, Inc. ） have become the standards for unified management of the managed resources in enterprise information System. In this paper we introduce architectures of the WBEM and the CIM first, and then propose a novel WBEM-based networks resource management system model with detailed analysis on its functional requirement. On that basis, we develop a network resource management scheme based on WBEM. At last, from our design and analysis on the system model, we summarise the advantages of the WBEM-based networks service and management as well as find out the emphasis of following-up research.
