摘  要:从传热传质的角度建立了圆管内CaSO4析晶污垢形成过程的数学模型,并进行了相应的数值模拟及实验验证。根据模拟得出的圆管内温度场、速度场、以及CaSO4的质量浓度场,进而结合本污垢模型计算出了CaSO4析晶污垢的沉积率、剥蚀率以及污垢热阻随时间的变化规律。为了验证本模型的正确性,在实验室进行了污垢实验,并将计算结果和实验结果进行了比较,误差在20%以内,证明了该模型的正确性。A mathematical model of CaSO4 crystallization fouhng process in circular tube was proposed based on the theory of heat and mass transfer. The numerical simulation and verification experiment were also carried out. The deposition rate, erosion rate and fouling resistance of the CaSO4 crystallization fouling varied with time were achieved by using the fouling model based on the calculated temperature field, velocity field and CaSO4 mass concentration field in the tube. In order to verify the correctness of this model, a fouling experiment was carried out in the laboratory. The computed results and experimental results were compared, and the error of which is within 20%, thus proving the correctness of this model.
