摘　　要：国内在用正压氧气呼吸器全面罩大多存在头型适合性差、传声效果不佳、机械强度低等不足,其安全性、可靠性和舒适性较差。在分析国内外正压氧气呼吸器全面罩的现状及特点基础上,提出FMY正压氧气呼吸器全面罩的技术参数,重点介绍了该面罩的密封框及口鼻罩、护目镜、头带组、传声装置、放水装置等的设计情况,以及面罩的现场佩戴试验和强度、阻燃、透光率、视野、耐温等性能试验及其结果。试验表明,FMY正压氧气呼吸器全面罩适合70%以上的中国成年男人脸型,具有安全、可靠、舒适的优点。The full mask of most positive pressure oxygen respirators used in our country has several deficiencies such as the poor suitability for head, bad sound propagation effect, low mechanical strength, poor security, reliability and comfort and so on. Based on the analysis of the present status and features of the full masks of positive pressure oxygen respirators used at home and abroad, this paper put forward the technical parameters of the full mask of FMY positive pressure oxygen respirator, emphatically described the design of the sealing frame, oral-nasal mask, goggles, head-belt set, sound propagation device and draining device, the on-the-spot wearing test and the performance test results of strength, flame retardation, transmittance, viewing field, heat resistance and so on. Tests showed that the full mask of FMY positive pressure oxygen respirator suits for the face shape of more than 70% Chinese grown-up men and has the advantages of security, reliability and comfort.
