摘　　要：研究了内含耐火涂料的纤维素酯快速成膜配剂的空气喷涂及其喷涂成膜在Ｖ法铸造中的应用。Ｖ法快速成膜配剂经空气喷涂后，一般１～２ｍｉｎ内可固化成膜，其膜可应用于塑料薄膜无法覆膜的复杂铸件，特别是所成薄膜对于铸铁及有色金属，无需另刷耐火涂料。The research was concentrated on the air set spraying of the cellulose ester reagent which can be used in the vacuum sealed molding process for the complex castings. In the test, after spraying the reagent, a spraying film instead of the plastic film will cover the pattern. Containing the mouldwash, the reagent will change into black film which can in 1￣2 min be directly used in the pouring of the nonferrous metals or cast iron without brushing the mould coatings.
