关节镜下病灶清理术配合中药口服、外洗治疗踝关节骨关节炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨关节镜下病灶清理术配合中药口服、外洗治疗踝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:对40例踝关节骨关节炎病人采用关节镜下病灶清理术配合中药口服、外洗治疗,采用改良McGuire踝关节评分系统对手术前后踝关节功能状况进行评分。结果:踝关节功能评分由术前(59.5±15.4)分提高到术后(85.3±12.8)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.862,P<0.001)。术后疗效评定,本组优30例,良6例,可2例,差2例,优良率为90。(结论:关节镜下病灶清理术配合中药口服、外洗治疗踝关节骨关节炎疗效较好,值得在临床推广。Objective： To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of arthroseopic surgery combined with the traditional Chinese medicine on osteoarthritis of ankle joint. Methods ：40 patients with ankle osteoarthritis were treated with arthroscopic surgery combined with the trational Chinese medicine. The ankle function was assessed with MeGuire score system before and after surgery. Results： There was statistical difference of ankle function score between preoperation and postoperation（ t = 4. 862, P 〈 0.001 ）. The clinical therapeutic results were excellent in 30, good in 6, moderate in 2 ,bad in 2 cases. 90% of the patients had satisfactory results. Conclusion ：The clinical therapeutic effect of arthroscopic surgery combined with the traditional Chinese medicine on osteoarthritis of ankle joint is significant and it is worthy of being popularized in public.
