摘  要:目的:对蒙药森登-4汤的乙醇提取工艺进行优化。方法:以森登-4汤中栀子苷、槲皮素、没食子酸3种有效成分的含量及提取浸膏量为指标,以溶剂用量、提取时间和提取次数等3个因素进行L9(33)正交试验。3种指标成分的含量测定采用高效液相色谱法。结果:森登-4汤的最佳乙醇提取工艺为A2B2C3,即用10倍量的95%乙醇回流提取3次,每次30min。结论:以森登-4汤中3种有效成分的含量及提取浸膏量为指标,进行正交试验优化的最佳提取工艺合理可行。Objective: To optimize the conditions for the extraction of Sendeng-4 decoction. Methods: Using the extractive yield and the content of three kind of active components such as gallic acid, quercetin and geniposide in Sendeng-4 decoction as index, the L9 (3^3) orthogonal test was performed, three factors were studied in this experiment, including the solvent consumption, time of extraction and times of extraction. The determination of three kinds of components carried out by HPLC method. Results: The optimum conditions for the extraction of Sendeng-4decoction is A2B2C3. That is, adding ten times of 95% alcohol, refluxing and extracting for 3 times for 30 rain each time. Conclusion: The optimum retraction process obtained from the orthogonal test using the extractive yield and the content of three kind of active components in Sendeng- 4 decoction was reasonable and feasible.
