摘　　要：为研究临沂民营企业在境外上市中的羊群效应,本文从五个维度对此进行了案例剖析,进而提出构建我国多层次资本市场等政策建议。In order to research the herding behavior in overseas listing of Private Enterprises in Linyi, the paper analyzes the case from five different aspects, and suggests that multi-layer capital market should be constructed.
