旅游解说对园林遗产地游客的影响研究——以广东四大名园之一余荫山房为例

摘　　要：以广东四大名园之一余荫山房为例,分析旅游解说对游客知识、态度和行为方面的影响程度,探讨旅游解说能否作为一种有效的管理工具来平衡遗产旅游与遗产保护之间的矛盾,帮助遗产地实现其可持续的发展目标。研究表明,旅游解说特别是导游解说在游客知识获取、提高游客旅游体验方面起着积极作用。Tourism interpretation plays an important role in visitor management in the heritage site. Taking Yuyin Garden, which is one of the most famous classical gardens in Guangdong province as an example, visitors＇ knowledge gain, attitude change and behavior modification were used in this paper as key indicators in the assessment of the interpretive effectiveness of Yuyin Garden. Whether interpretation can be a useful tool to meditate the contradiction between heritage tourism and heritage protection are discussed. This study considered the role of interpretation in achieving sustainable development in heritage site. Through comparing responses to questionnaires, this study found that interpretation, especially personal interpretation, added to visitor＇s knowledge of the site. This increase in knowledge encouraged visitors to see how they could change their behavior to be more respectful to the natural environment.
