双氯芬酸钠肠溶片联合骨化三醇胶丸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的研究

摘　　要：目的观察骨化三醇胶丸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)活动期患者的临床疗效,为骨化三醇胶丸治疗骨性关节炎(OA)提供理论依据。方法KOA患者60例按奇偶数随机分为2组,对照组服用双氯芬酸钠肠溶片、碳酸钙咀嚼片;治疗组服用双氯芬酸钠肠溶片、骨化三醇胶丸。治疗4周后观察2组患者临床病情活动性指标(如关节晨僵时间、红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白、压痛关节指数、肿胀关节指数、关节功能指数等)的变化以及不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率为93%,对照组总有效率为80%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组的临床病情活动性指标较对照组显著改善(P<0.05);2组的不良反应比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论骨化三醇胶丸能明显控制OA患者的临床症状和体征,不良反应少,值得临床推广。Objective It is to observe the clinical therapeutic effects of calcitriol soft gelatin capsules on active phase of knee osteoarthritis （KOA） and to offer theoretical evidence of calcitriol soft gelatin capsules on osteoarthritis （OA）. Methods 60 patients were averagely divided into two groups. The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets and calcium carbonate biocal. The treatment group was treated with diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets and calcitriol soft gelatin capsules. The clinical symptoms, objective signs, laboratory＇s data and untoward reaction of the two groups after treatment for four weeks were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treated group was 93%, and that of control group was 80 % , there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Compared with control group, the treatment group had significant improvement on clinical symptoms, objective signs and laboratory＇s data （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference on untoward reaction between the two groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Calcitriol soft gelatin capsules can obviously control clinical symptoms and objective signs of OA patients and has few untoward reactions, which is worth clinical generalization.
