摘　　要：目的:观察中药川芎嗪注射液联合前列腺素E1在轻症急性胰腺炎治疗中的作用。方法:选取2008年在我科留观治疗的轻症急性胰腺炎72例,随机分为治疗组36例,对照组36例;治疗组由川芎嗪注射液联合前列腺素E1及常规治疗组组成,对照组仅为常规治疗。治疗2周后检测白细胞计数、血清淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶、C反应蛋白及腹痛情况。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组血清淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间较对照组为短,腹痛缓解时间较短,均有统计学意义(P<20.05或者P<20.01)。结论:川芎嗪联合前列腺素E1可以较快缓解轻症急性胰腺炎症状和改善各项临床检验指标,有一定治疗作用。Objective ： To evaluate the effects of tetramethylpyrazine and prostaglandin E1 for treating patients with mild acute pancreatitis. Methods ：72 cases of mild acute pancreatitis in 2008 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 36 cases of tetramethylpyrazine and prostaglandin Elfor mild acute pancreatitis were enrnlled treatment, the other group only were received routine treatment. After 2 weeks, stomachache, serum amylase and urinary amylase were screened. Results ： After 2 weeks, serum amylase and urinary amylase of treatment group came back earlier than control group, and the state of stomachache too. Conclusion ： Tetramethylpyrazine combination with PGE1 may decrease symptom of mild acute pancreatitis, and improve some clinical indexes.
