跟骨解剖板治疗Ⅱ-Ⅲ型跟骨骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨跟骨骨折的手术治疗方法及跟骨解剖钢板的临床应用效果。【方法】分析自2004年5月-2008年6月手术治疗的84例跟骨骨折(按Sanders分型)。【结果】本组均获随访,参照跟骨关节内骨折评分标准,优51例,良27例,可5例,差1例。【结论】跟骨解剖钢板能有效提供固定的稳定性,外侧L形切口解剖清楚,操作难度不大,为临床提供了一个良好的治疗跟骨骨折的方法。[Objective] To study the chnical application of treating calcaneal fractures with calcaneal anatomic plate. [Methods] A total of 84 cases of calcaneal fractures treated by surgery operation since May 2004 - June 2008 （by Sanders classification of calcaneal fractures） were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] An patient were followed up, in the light of score criteria of intra-articular calcaneal fracture, 51 cases excellent, 27 cases good, 5 cases not bad, 1 case poor. [Conclusions] Calcaneal anatomic plate may provid the stability of fixation, L-shaped lateral incision autopsy clear, not difficult to operate and provide a good clinical treatment of calcaneal fractures.
