摘　　要：介绍电渣工艺复合轧辊制造方法、ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ环境下开发的模拟软件，应用开发的模拟软件，提出了试验装置总体设计方案及其工艺参数的控制。Abstract The manufacturing technique of electrocasting composite roller,development of WINDOWS simulation software and application of this software have been presented and the overall design plan of testing device and the control of technological parameters for composite roller were also given.
