摘 要:【目的】探讨阶段性家属同步健康教育模式对老年冠心病患者用药知识、信念、行为、用药有效性、安全性的影响。【方法】选择经我院治疗的冠心病患者124例,阶段性地对患者及其家属进行健康教育,教育前后对患者用药"知信行"、血压、心绞痛发作次数及药物不良反应发生例次数进行测量和统计。【结果】教育后患者用药知识、信念和行为得分分别提高14.7分、3.0分和1.7分,与教育前比较有显著改善(P<0.01);收缩压及舒张压分别降低5.2 mmHg和2.5 mmHg(P<0.01);教育第3阶段药物不良反应发生次数显著减少(P<0.05)。【结论】以家庭为单位,实施同步健康教育,在家庭成员的共同参与和支持下,能够提高患者的遵医行为,提高用药安全性和有效性,更有利于患者病情的控制,有利于建立健康的生活方式,提高生活质量。[Objective] To study the effect of stage synchro family healthy education pattern to the knowledge in proper use of medicine, belief, behavior, predictie aildity of taking medicine and security of the old aged coronary heart disease patient. [Methods] A total of 124 elderly patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital were given the stage healthy education to the patient and their family members. Then the knowledge in proper use of medicine, belief, behavior with medicine, blood pressure , the number of angina pectoris paroxysm times and adverse drug reaction during the education process were compared. [Rebaits] The score of knowledge in proper use of medicine, belief and behavior with medicine after education were separately raise 14.7 mark, 3.0 mark and 1.7 mark, which were obviously higher than before education (P 〈 0.01). Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure reduce 5.2 mmHg and 2.5 mmHg respectively ( P 〈 0.01). The times of adverse drug reaction in 3rd stage educating were obviously cuts down (P 〈 0.05) . [Conclusions] Take family as a unit, put stage family members healthy education is able to improve the patient' s cures behavior, improve security and validity of using medicine under household member participation and support, and is more beneficial to control illness of patient, build healthy life-style, enhance the quality of life.
