摘　　要：介绍了轧辊轴承的润滑特点，分析了轴承润滑油膜参数与其寿命间的关系；指出我国轧辊轴承早期损坏严重的主要原因是轴承密封不良导致润滑失效；并对润滑剂的选择、润滑方法提出建议。The lubrication characteristics of bearing for roll is introduced The relatioship betwee oil lfilm parameters of the bearing for roll and the lifetime of the bearing is analyzed It points out that the soap of the grease, the viscosity of base oil and extremepressure characteristics have relatively great influence on the lifetime of the bearing for roll, and bad sealing of the bearing for roll is the main reason for lubrication failure of domestic bearing for roll The suggestions on the selection of grease and lubrication method are put forward
