摘　　要：简介了俄罗斯设计制造的Φ25～80mm，D／S（外径／壁厚）为3～12的小直径厚壁无缝钢管热轧机组的工艺、设备、工具及产品的情况。试验结果表明，该机组所采用的工艺和设备能保证生产高质量的产品。该机组年生产能力可达1．2～4万t。The brief involves main aspects of the Russia-made hot-rolling mill line for smallsized, heavy-wall seamless steel tubes with O. D. range of 25-80mm and D/S range of 3-12,including the process, equipment f tooling and product quality. Relevant trial operation has shownthat the process and the equipment employed for the mill line are able to ensure the mill to producehigh quality pipes. The mill line annual capacity is 12 000-40 000 tonnes.
