摘 要:在海水温度26℃的条件下,测定了不同盐度(13、20、26、33、39)和(6、7、8、9、10)对日本黄姑鱼幼鱼耗氧率和排氨率的影响。实验结果表明,盐度对日本黄姑鱼幼鱼的耗氧率和排氨率有显著影响(P<0.05)。当盐度为13~39时,日本黄姑鱼幼鱼的耗氧率和排氨率呈单峰型变化,在盐度26和20时耗氧率与排氨率分别达到最大值。pH对日本黄姑鱼幼鱼的耗氧率无显著影响(P>0.05),当pH为6~10时,日本黄姑鱼幼鱼的耗氧率变化幅度很小,而在此范围内pH变化对日本黄姑鱼幼鱼的排氨率有显著的影响(P<0.05),当pH为8时达到最大值。日本黄姑鱼幼鱼的O:N值随着盐度的升高而增大,在盐度26时达到峰值,随后便逐渐变小。pH8.0时O:N值最低。At seawater temperature 26℃, the effects of different salinities (13, 20, 26, 33, and 39) and pH (6, 7, 8, 9, and 10) on oxygen consumption rate (Roc) and ammonia excretion rate (RAm) in juvenile Nibea japonica were studied in laboratory. The results indicated that Roc and RAm were affected significantly by salinity (P〈0.05). When salinities changes from 13 to salinity 26 and RAm (18.722μg·g^-1·h^-1) at salinity 20. 39, there is a peak value for Roc (0.448 mg·g^-1·h^-1) at However, the effect of pH on were not significant (P〉 0.05) which the Roc changes a little at the pH range of 6.0-10.0. But at this pH range, the Roc had significant effect on RAm of N. japonica that the RAm get its peak (23.530 μg·g^-1·h^-1) at pH 8.0. The oxygen-nitrogen ratio (O: N) increased as salinity rose to 26 and then dropped gradually. The oxygen-nitrogen ratio (O: N) minimized at pH 8.0. Thus, salinity and pH are important environmental factors for the respiration and excretion of N. japonica. At salinity 26 and pH 8.0 or so, N. japonica can grow well without exhausting much energy and can make use of the diet in the net cage and the tank.
