我国海洋渔业管理中投入控制的灰色关联评价

摘　　要：用灰色关联分析方法对我国海洋渔业管理中投入控制制度进行了评价。结果表明,在分析的主要四个因素中,机动渔船总动力和机动渔船总吨位这两个因素对海洋捕捞产量的影响较大,关系密切,以下依次为捕捞专业劳动力和海洋捕捞机动渔船数。据此,提出我国海洋渔业管理要适当改变或增加相关因素的投入控制的建议。An appraisal was made in this paper on investment control in China＇s marine fishery management by application grey relational analysis. It was revealed that among the four factors analyzed, the general vessel force and total ton of fishing vessel had a comparatively higher influence on producing capabilities, then it came to labors majoring in fishing and number of engine-driving fishing vessels. Based on these, advices were proposed that China improve management on fishery industry and strengthen investment control of relational factors.
