摘　　要：在Ｑ２３５Ｂ钢高频焊管压扁试验中，对合格与不合格试样的焊缝、母材金相组织进行分析比较，并对焊缝区金相组织的形成原因及其与焊接工艺的关系进行了分析。In the flattening test of highfrequency welded pipe of Q235B, the metallographic structures of weld and base metal of specimans which reached and unreached the standard are analyzed and compared The generation reason of the metallographic structure in the weld area and its relationship with welding technology are analyzed
