汕头市新型农村合作医疗住院费用模型研究

摘　　要：选取汕头市某镇2007年1月到2008年6月的住院费用为研究样本,建立了住院费用对数正态分布模型.模型中的参数由极大似然估计法估计,保证了数据与模型较好的拟合效果.Selected from the in-patient cost happened during January 2007 to June 2008 in a town of Shan tou City as study samples, a logarithmic normal distribution model of each hospitalization cost has been es tablished. Using maximum likelihood method to estimate parameters to ensure a better matching results between the data and the model, the stability of this model has been tested by using statistics data of the first half year of 2008. The cost of hospitalization model has a higher value for it is established on the basis of applied mathematics and theoretical methods so that it provides rigorous mathematical basis to the new rural cooperatives medical scheme.
