摘  要:以甲醛、苯酚、氧氯化锆为原料合成了高残碳锆酚醛树脂。研究了甲醛与苯酚物质的量比以及氧氯化锆的用量对树脂残碳率的影响,确定了合成工艺条件。用IR和TGA对产品的化学结构与热性能进行了分析,结果表明:锆元素以Zr-O-C键和Zr-O-Zr键的形式存在于锆酚醛树脂分子链中,与普通酚醛树脂相比锆酚醛树脂分子链中醚键含量降低、热稳定性提高,最大热分解温度和残碳率分别为560℃和62.5%,可作为优良耐高温和耐烧蚀的树脂基体材料。Phenolic resin modified with zirconium and with high char yield was synthesized with formaldehyde, phenol and zirconyl chloride as raw materials. Effects of molar ratio of formaldehyde, phenol and amount of zirconyi chloride on char yield of resin were studied, and the optimum synthesis technology was determined. The chemical structure and thermal properties of the resin were characterized by IR and TGA. The results show that zirconium existes in molecular chain of zirconyl-phenolic resin in the form of Zr- O-C bond and Zr-O-Zr bond, which has lower content of ether bond and higher thermal stability than popular phenolic resin. The maximum thermal decomposition temperature is 560℃, and the char yield is 62.5%. It is suitable for use as the typical matrix to high temperature-resistant and ablation-resistant of resin.
