摘　　要：采用正交实验法对过氧化脲的制备进行了研究,得到最佳工艺条件:过氧化氢与尿素的物质的量比为1.2,反应温度为25℃,反应时间为30min;稳定剂用量为尿素质量的0.2%。同时对多种稳定剂进行考察,认为水杨酸、STA3和STA5适宜作合成过氧化脲的稳定剂。Study on the preparation of urea peroxide through orthogonal design experimental method was carried out. The optimum preparing conditions were obtained as follows： molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to urea 1.2; reaction temperature 25℃; reaction time 30rain; mass ratio of stabilizer to urea 0.2%. It is considered that salicylic acid, STA3 and STA5 are suitable for using as the optimum stabilizers ofpreparating urea peroxide through investigating many stabilizers.
