摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国煤矿安全立法取得了巨大的成就,同时,还存在一系列问题,亟待以科学发展观为指导,加强煤矿安全立法工作,健全完善煤矿安全法律法规体系,促进煤矿安全生产形势持续稳定好转。Since the opening and reform, China has made great achievements in coal mine safety legislation, but there are still many barriers. It is an imperative task to improve the law-making activity and perfect the legal framework of coal mine safety with the direction of the scientific development concept, promoting the coal mine to get safer continuously.
