游离腭瓣移植在即刻种植术中的应用

摘　　要：评价自体游离腭侧结缔组织瓣移植在即刻种植术中的应用效果。对28例患者在拔出患牙的同时，分情况即刻植入Frialit-2、BLB和Replace三种种植系统共34枚，采用自体游离腭瓣关闭拔牙创口，3～6个月后行Ⅱ期手术，暴露种植体，最后行种植义齿修复。结果34枚即刻种植病例，修复后经3—60个月观察，成功率100％。术后创面均完全封闭，维持了周围软组织的正常解剖形态，最终修复美学效果好，患者较满意。即刻牙种植采用自体游离腭瓣移植方法可以有效关闭软组织创口，达到良好的关学修复效果。To elevate the clinical effect of autologous free palatal flap on immediate implant. After 34 implants were immediately placed into fresh extraction sockets, the soft tissue defect was closed with autologous free palatal flap. The secondstage operation was performed in the third to sixth month and ceramic crown were fixed postoperatively. The 34 cases post - prosthesis were observed from 3 - 60 months. The survival rate was 100%. The wounds were completely healed in each group and aesthetic result was ideal. The soft tissue defect can be closed effectively with autologous free palatal flap. The esthetic result of restoration is satisfying.
